7 Foods That Are Secretly Causing Your Hair to Fall Out

7 Foods That Are Secretly Causing Your Hair to Fall Out Some of the foods that feel most comforting, most familiar, and most completely part of daily life are the ones that are quietly and consistently sabotaging your hair health. Not dramatically. Not overnight. But slowly and steadily, in a way that shows up in your brush, in your shower drain, and in the thinning you notice at your temples and your part. Understanding the connection between what you eat and how your hair grows is not about guilt or restriction. It is about making informed decisions. Start with a clean diet for glowing skin and hair growth to understand exactly what your hair needs, then use this post to identify what may be working against it. These seven foods are the most common dietary contributors to hair loss in women across the world. You will recognise all of them. Some of them you may eat every day.   1. Glow Naturally. Feel Beautiful

Our story, our heart, and everything we stand for

Hi, I am Phyllis, and I am so glad you found us

Welcome to SheGlows Naturals. This is a space I built for women who are tired of spending money on products that promise the world but deliver very little. Women who want real, natural solutions for their hair and skin. Women who are ready to glow from the inside out.

If that sounds like you, then you are exactly where you need to be.

Where my journey began

For a long time, I struggled. My hair was growing so slowly that I could barely notice it. My skin would break out no matter what I put on it. I tried product after product, spent money I did not have, and still woke up every morning frustrated by what I saw in the mirror.

Then one day I stopped. I stopped chasing expensive solutions and started going back to what nature had always offered. I started researching organic oils that women in our grandmothers' generation used every day. I discovered powerful herbs that heal from the inside. I learned that what I was eating and drinking was quietly either helping or hurting my skin and hair. I had no idea.

When I switched to castor oil for my scalp, started drinking rosemary tea every morning, cleaned up what was on my plate, and began making my own simple face scrubs at home, everything changed. My hair grew. My skin cleared. For the first time in years, I felt like I was actually glowing.

That is when SheGlows Naturals was born. I created this blog because I did not want any woman to spend as long as I did searching for answers. Everything I wish someone had told me earlier, I am going to share it with you right here.

What you will find on this blog

SheGlows Naturals covers five areas of natural beauty that all work together beautifully. Here is what you will find:

Hair growth tips using organic oils, herbal rinses, scalp care routines, and ingredients that have been trusted for generations to grow thick, healthy hair naturally

Herbal and detox drinks, including teas, infused waters, and morning detox drinks made from herbs like rosemary, hibiscus, moringa, fenugreek, and nettle that nourish your hair and skin from the inside

Clean diet for beauty with simple, affordable food tips that show you how what you eat every day directly affects the health of your skin and hair. No complicated meal plans, just real and practical advice

Simple skincare routines that are easy, step-by-step, and done at home without expensive products. Using natural ingredients that are gentle, effective, and affordable

DIY beauty recipes including homemade face scrubs, hair masks, herbal rinses, and skin treatments you can make in your kitchen using ingredients you already have

Beauty starts from the inside

One thing you will notice about SheGlows Naturals is that we talk about beauty differently. We believe that real, lasting glow cannot come from what you put on your skin alone. It has to come from inside your body, too.

When you drink the right herbal teas, eat foods rich in the nutrients your hair and skin need, stay hydrated, and reduce the stress that causes breakouts and hair loss, your results will be completely different. The oils work better. The skincare routine works better. Everything works together.

That is the SheGlows Naturals approach. Whole, natural beauty from the inside and the outside.

We cover herbal teas and detox drinks like hibiscus, moringa, rosemary, and fenugreek. We share clean diet tips and the foods that feed your glow. We teach you simple skincare routines using natural ingredients. And we give you DIY beauty recipes you can make right at home.

Who this blog is for

This blog is for every woman who wants to take care of her skin and hair naturally. Whether you are just starting your natural beauty journey or you have been trying different things for years, you will find something here that works for you.

You do not need experience. You do not need expensive products. You do not need to be an expert. All you need is the willingness to try something different and the patience to let nature do what it does best.

My promise to you

Everything I write on this blog is researched carefully and shared honestly. I am not a doctor, a dermatologist, or a nutritionist. I am a woman who has lived this journey and genuinely loves helping others walk it too.

I will always tell you the truth about what works and what does not. I will always remind you to do a patch test before trying anything new on your skin or hair. And I will always encourage you to speak to a healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your health.

SheGlows Naturals is a community, not just a blog. Every single reader matters to me personally.

With love,

Phyllis
